The Finnish mobile giant Nokia has released a new chatting application which also allows you to share your location with your friends. It has all the components of any other regular instant messaging application/service but Nokia is going a step forward by integrating the feature location sharing. The chat application is currently in beta stage and is compatible with almost all Nokia N series and E series phones.

Nokia mobile users will have to create an account with Nokia to access this service while The nifty application resides as a tab in S60 phone book application. The feature of choosing your status and an invisible mode is also there. Nokia chat also supports adding friends from different domains. The chats wont be completely text based since smileys are also available.

Overall the highpoint of this application has to be the feature of location sharing so that you can end up your chat into a face to face meeting.
